Order & Delivery

What is your order processing time?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

At certain times of the year, such as Christmas and during sales, these processing times can be up to one business week.

What are your delivery times?

In mainland France, our delivery times are 2 to 3 working days for home delivery or to a Mondial Relay point, depending on your choice at checkout.

For the rest of Europe (Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Portugal, Greece), our delivery times are 3-6 working days.

For our other destinations such as Canada, the UAE, the USA and Australia, our delivery times are 6-10 working days.

How much does delivery cost?

In metropolitan France, delivery is free on all orders over €150. For orders under €150, delivery will cost €3.99.

For the rest of Europe, your delivery will cost €17.

For Canada, it will cost €28.90.

For the USA, UAE, and Australia, it will cost €24.99.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
